Malmö

Event information

Part of Arena: Sustainable Heating & Cooling.

Are you fed up with fossil fuels in the built environment? At this seminar you will see how a fossil-free energy district is developing in Gothenburg, Sweden. The goal is to create a smart, local market place for property owners including both electricity and district heating and cooling

The aspiration is to be a full-scale demonstration including 15.000 end-users cutting energy peaks by 80%, operating 100% fossil free. The initiative is co-financed by the European Regional and Development Fund (UIA).

On a Q&A session you can ask questions to project partners representing business, research and municipality (triple helix): Johanneberg Science Park, Ericssson AB and the City of Gothenburg.
